These terms summarise how bookings work. Your quote and consignment note form part of the agreement.
Quotes
- Quotes are valid for the period shown and are based on the details you provide, including weight, pallet count, trailer type and addresses.
- Prices exclude GST unless shown as "inc. GST". The fuel levy is a percentage of linehaul and may change between quote and dispatch.
- Extra pick-ups or drops, dangerous goods, waiting time, and freight that differs from the quote may incur additional charges.
- Accepting a quote is a booking request. It's confirmed when we approve it.
Your obligations
- Freight must be packed, palletised and labelled for road transport, with an accurate declared weight.
- Dangerous goods must be declared, labelled and documented under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code.
- You must comply with your Chain of Responsibility obligations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
